Can confirm. Every time I go in to get my INR checked, I am always asked if I have taken any tylenol products. I don’t fully remember why it’s not a good idea, but I wanna say it might increase blood thickness, which increases potential for a blood clot. And I don’t need to explain why that is a bad thing.

I am wrong. Another person corrected and it’s NSAIDS like ibuprofen and aspirin that can cause issues. Specifically raising the risk of bleeding. I thank them for the correction so I don’t just spread misinformation.
You’d think I remember this considering I have been on blood thinners for over a decade, but my memory has never been the greatest for over a decade.
