For now, I don't think there is no official or big community here. I mean, there's an official JPC X account though, but only that and seems like most people contact individually to meet irl.

But yeah, even though you're not an artist, you still can find them at the event (I think that'd be the biggest cause to find?) or the biggest comminity of where you are in. Sometimes it could be a coincidence like mine. (2/2)

In my case, since my country's MLP community is quite small, I found them on X, the announcement of Japan Pony Con at first. And now I interact with a small group of fans here - Some are artists, so I assume making art does help me a lot to me. (1/2)
