Yeah almost everybody starts from zero but the thing that boosts them up from that is typically the algorithm or ‘winning the lottery’ with some video that goes viral on other platforms. Imagine starting a band with your buddies for fun but you’re forced to play shows every week at the local bar for no pay. If you don’t see a return from that at some point, most would give up before long. I watch a lot of automotive youtubers who start out working on cars in their garage and a few have blown up big while most, at a certain point, just stop uploading or maybe upload once every 6 months before trying again and quitting again. Even ChrisFix with his tens of millions of subs has basically given up (though I think his situation is different where he can just coast off merch sales and revenue from past videos).

In short, if you are a content creator on YouTube, do it for the love of your hobby and make money with your day job.

The problem with this is that if you want to get any exposure you have to keep the algorithm happy and the algorithm wants consistent release schedules which means you’ll always have that hanging over your shoulder and fucking up once means nobody will ever see your video in the sea of millions of other videos. It’s an absolute meat grinder which is why so many channels fade out and why people try to do it full time.

Sure you can upload as a hobby but if people aren’t watching it, why go through all the trouble?

Lol now I know why my work just rolled out mandatory, company wide classes to learn Gemini. Even the janitorial staff will need to take it. Giving it to corporations for forced adoption to boost the user count!

More likely is that these companies will just update their models to identify these vehicles once again. Furthermore, patterns like this make the car really stand out from the crowd which is a terrible way to disguise yourself.

Seems like a good way to get stopped by police and have your car impounded.

Sure AI is more than LLMs, but those are the face of it in the public’s eye and is what’s driving these trillion dollar corporate valuations, which then lead to every company on earth declaring that their product is “AI!”

Maybe use ESPHome on to run the servo back and forth a few times and have an automation in Home Assistant to trigger the servo when it detects the toilet running. The hard part would probably be getting power near the toilet and connecting the servo to the handle in some fashion.

OP I think using PCPartPicker might show you tons of options for cases with 4+ drive capacity. If you want an older case just search ebay for the options you find.

You can also mount 2.5" drives into the 3.5: trays if you wanted. Ive had my R6 for years now and just bought a 2-pack of drive caddies as it filled up to the point that I now have enough to fill the whole case.

I have a Fractal Define 6 with room for (i think) 12 HDDs. They have tons of great options for HDD storage.
