What are your tips and tricks to inserting your OrthoK lenses?
I recently got my orthok lenses, and have been struggling to insert them.
I even managed to hurt my left eye because I kept blinking the lense off before it was aligned (thus jamming its edge into my eye, repeatedly).
What are your tips to getting them in, especially if you’re sensitive or prone to blinking.
