Tesla Stock in Freefall After Disastrous Earnings Report

Wall Street spent years pricing Tesla like a future AI empire instead of a car company. Now investors are getting a reminder that robotaxis, humanoids and promises don’t magically pay today’s bills. Reality has an annoying habit of showing up right after earnings season.

Also, Elon rolled most of that ‘future AI empire’ stuff into SPCX instead. Meaning that even if investors wanted to believe it that, they know that Elon can play shell games and put the prize wherever he wants and the investors are not able to control that.
