What is one of those: oh my god, I wish someone had explained THIS system to me when I was younger moments that really sticks out to you from your experience?

People more than often want connection / to be heard, more than solutions to their problems.

Someone explained this to me as:
It’s not that people don’t want solutions, talking about their problems IS the solution. In fact “talking about it” is so effective that some people successfully earn their living with it.
