AI for the win
The longest English word without repeating letters is subdermatoglyphic (17 letters), though the more common and widely known standard word is uncopyrightable (15 letters). Words like these are known as isograms
I admit that "subdermatoglypic" is an unusual word, really a "crossword puzzle word"

I can only speak to my own area of expertise, biotechnology
and it appears that AI is in fact changing everything and doing so fast eg
many many years ago, maybe on slashdot, I read a comment that ran roughly as follows
we put together a state of the art MPORPG with spaceships and all sorts of detail
and one person paid for it
I must have the 'one person" wrong but that is how i recall the commet
:)
for reasons to complex to go into, I have to fill out at tax return as the fiduciary of a trust
the Intuit form is $, but at least the Fed return works
however, the NY state tax return for a trust is the biggest piece of bureaucratic crap you have ever seen, and the intuit program is chock full of wierd bizarre errors, like you have to enter the name of the trust but NY has some weird convention like 8+3 and the intuit program doesn't tell you that and for some god forsaken reason if you enter the name wrong, . .you can't correct it
so much fun
If plastic is bad, then isn't the phase out of tons of physical media a good thing ?
that is tons of oil not going into plastic, and tons of plastic not making nanoplastic in our bodies, and tons of plastic not, eventually, winding up in landfills ?

the reality is that LLMs are incredibly powerful tools, but mastodon is so into reality denial
and while denying reality, the same people make fun of Trump supporters for denying reality (eg vaccines don't cause autism)
be funny it wasn't so sad
