Yes. It’s very easy. You just install the app, download the offline resources you want, and turn on LAN mode which allows you to access the media from any device on the LAN, or VPN’d into the LAN.

Exactly what the other commenter said. Grandma level, all necessary tools are straight inside Kiwix app itself.
