Yeah they truly automated the best part of my role. Now it’s monitoring Claude sessions and more meetings.

I’m planning an exit, can’t be tomorrow or next year, but 5-10 years if this continues. I think they’re going to see an exodus of senior talent over the next decade.

i was wondered, if all the tech people im seeing at conferences are only in tech positions for AI solely. we had AI conferences every week up until july. and they dint exactly hire most of the people that were laid off.
